• 15 years’ professional and management experience in an international environment in periods of growth, change, but also crisis

• Training under Gunther Schmidt, Heidelberg, in hypno-systemic coaching
• High performance coaching (PEP) under Dr. Michael Bohne
• Master class under Peter Szábo and Daniel Maier, Basel, in solution orientated short term coaching
• Long term training under Claus Nowak, Manfred Gührs, Hamburg, in methods such as TA, TCI and psychodrama
• Coaching-training under Alain Cardon/Metasystem, Paris: 7 modules and one year supervision

His goal orientated systemic approach for team and organisation coaching and his resource orientated approach for the individual coaching of experts, managers and multinational teams still greatly influence my work today.
